Blue noise is essentially the mirror image of pink: it gains about 3 decibels per octave as frequency rises, so it emphasizes the highs and sounds bright and airy โ€” a thin, hissy sound near the top of your hearing. It shows up more often in audio engineering, where blue-noise dithering hides quantization errors, than in relaxation.

Blue noise is thin and treble-heavy by design. If you are here to mask sound or wind down, Pink or Brown will usually feel more comfortable โ€” they are one tap away above.

The noise colors

Every color here is generated from scratch with the Web Audio API the moment you press play โ€” there are no sound files to load and nothing leaves your device. That is also why it keeps working offline once the page has loaded.
